Set in the backdrop of the 1980s, a team of con men led by Ajay Singh rob corrupt politicians and businessmen by conducting fake raids in the guise of CBI and income tax officers and confiscating their illicit wealth. A real CBI officer, Waseem Khan discovers this fraud and sets on a cat and mouse chase with the con officers who manage to stay ahead of the real investigators.
